Eurosthetic will gladly accept the return of products which show defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 10 days from the date of purchase. Most lines available from Eurosthetic are handmade therefore slight variations in color, size, design, etc. are not only normal but expected in a handmade object. Fulfillment mistakes made by Eurosthetic resulting in the shipment of incorrect products will be accepted for return up to 10 days from the date of purchase. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL FOR AN AUTHORIZATION AND THEN RETURN IT WITHIN 10 DAYS FOR A REFUND less shipping and handling.

A special note to my FOREIGN customers ONLY: It has come to my attention that you may be charged a fee or fees by your government upon receipt of your package. Please know your countries laws and fees before purchasing any item.
